The song was first recorded by Vaughn Monroe and his orchestra that same year and quickly became a holiday classic. It has since been covered by numerous artists across various genres, including Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Bing Crosby.

Scotty McCreery’s version of “Let It Snow!” is included on his 2012 Christmas album, “Christmas with Scotty McCreery.” The album features a collection of traditional Christmas songs, as well as two original songs written by McCreery. “Christmas with Scotty McCreery” was released on October 16, 2012, and was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on November 26, 2012.
